On dry hair, apply one third of a tricology lotion vial to the scalp with the applicator, parting the hair and tracing lines. Massage gently in circles until absorbed and leave on overnight. Three nights a week, one vial a week.
Wash your hair, ideally with tricology shampoo. Until then, don't rinse the lotion out or use a hairdryer.
Follow the M8S instructions: cleanse, fit a new sterile M8S cartridge, set your depth and speed, and work in small sections. Use a new cartridge every session.
Follow the device guidance or your practitioner's advice on when to restart the lotion, then return to your alternate-night routine.
