How to tell you are holding a genuine Dr. Pen

Counterfeit microneedling pens are common, and the cheap ones are dangerous: inconsistent needle depth, blunt or non-sterile needles, motors that stall mid-pass. You are putting these into your skin, so it is worth ninety seconds of checking.

Each authentication number works once. If it has been checked before, the site shows the date it was first verified — which means somebody else has already scanned that seal, and you should be talking to us instead.

Where do you ship from?

Our own warehouse in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. UK orders never cross a border, so there is nothing to pay on arrival and nothing to clear.

How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?

Order by 9am on a working day and it goes out the same day for delivery the next working day. It is free, tracked and signed, with no minimum order value.

What warranty do I get?

Three years on the Dr. Pen A20 and one year on every other device. Full detail in our Refunds, Returns & Warranty policy.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in resalable condition. Opened cartridges and needle tips cannot come back, for hygiene reasons.

Are your cartridges genuine?

Yes. Sealed, sterile, single-use and sourced through the same official channel as the devices. Using non-genuine cartridges is the fastest way to void a warranty and the fastest way to injure your skin.
